Maryland Masonic Homes a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in Cockeysville, Maryland has an immediate need for a experienced (2-5 years) Infection Preventionist/Staff Educator. This is a full-time exempt position reporting directly to the Director of Nursing. Candidate must have a Maryland Board of Nursing RN License and be IP/LTC Certification preferred. Candidates must have experience working in a Retirement Community or Nursing Home environment.

Other skills required are: Point Click Care/EHR (PCC), excellent organizational skills, must be detail oriented, strong management and multi-tasking skills, ability to motivate and coach, excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff, residents, vendors, and families, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and proficient in Microsoft products & Outlook.

Compensation - $91,000 - $95,000 based on work experience
